  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and typically take 5-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.

  • We offer free standard shipping within the U.S.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may have extended processing times, which will be specified on the product page.


4. Shipping Timeframes:


  • Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by these external factors.


5. Delivery Confirmation:


  • All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

 

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes:


  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic orders using standard services. Some expedited services might not be available for P.O. Box addresses.


7. Address Changes:


  • Address changes must be requested before your order is shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments:


  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
